Q: What if I need to pause or cancel?
A: Life happens. If you need to pause due to illness, family emergency, or other extenuating circumstances, we can discuss options. However, the 6-month commitment exists because real transformation takes time and consistency. Weβre looking for clients who are ready to see this through and allow us to help you THROUGH challenging times, not avoid them.
Do I get access to the FMC community with Private 1:1?
A: Yes! You get access to everything available and first dibs at new opportunities when you invest in coaching at this level.
Q: I'm pregnant - is this safe?
A: Absolutely! Allison is a prenatal and postpartum specialist. Private 1:1 is actually the ideal option for pregnancy because we can customize everything for your changing body and adjust as needed throughout your pregnancy journey.
Q: How often do we communicate?
A: You have direct access to me daily for questions and troubleshooting as needed. We also have formal check-ins weekly, and live strategy sessions monthly.
Q: Are spots always available?
A: No. We limit the private coaching roster to ensure Allison can give everyone the attention they deserve. If we are at capacity, you'll be added to a waitlist and contacted when a spot opens. You are always welcome to join the group and start right away while waiting for a private spot to open up.
