Q: What if I miss a day or fall behind?

A: This program is designed for real life! We build flexibility into everything, and the community is there to support you when life happens. Progress over perfection, always.

Q: What happens after 16 weeks?

A: You automatically become an FMC Alumni member, keeping access to the community, ongoing training plans, and support - just without new educational content since you'll have completed the full curriculum. You can stay as long as you’d like and leave whenever you’re ready!
